benefits that new home buyers will value. New homes may be up to
100% more efficient, 30% healthier and 30% safer and yet more
affordable than ever before largely because of the advanced
materials, techniques and designs inherent in new building
technology. This session will help builders and their sales
agents learn about the technical features of their houses and
translate these features into specific benefits. Most
importantly, this session will show sales agents how to identify
the specific technical benefits that will motivate individual
customers to buy a new home.
